Motorpoint, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held on 23 July 2019, all of the Resolutions as set out in the AGM Notice were approved by way of a poll vote by shareholders.

 

As at the date of the AGM, the number of issued ordinary £0.01 shares of the Company was 94,075,885.

 

73,795,818 proxy votes were received representing 78.4% of the issued share capital of Motorpoint.

Motorpoint is the largest independent vehicle retailer in the United Kingdom. The Company's principal business is the sale of nearly-new vehicles, the majority of which are up to two years old and which have covered less than 15,000 miles.  Motorpoint sells vehicles from brands representing over 95 per cent. of new vehicle sales in the United Kingdom, with models from Ford, Vauxhall, Volkswagen, Nissan, Hyundai, Audi and BMW being amongst the top sellers.
