Logitech Int joins NASDAQ-100

  Logitech International SA to Join the NASDAQ-100 Index Beginning February 1,

New York, New York - Logitech International SA (NASDAQ:LOGI) of Switzerland,
will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index(R) (NASDAQ:NDX) and the
NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (NASDAQ:NDXE) prior to market open on February
1, 2007. Logitech International SA will replace Comverse Technology, Inc.
(NASDAQ: CMVT). Logitech International SA will also be included in the
NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking StockSM (NASDAQ:QQQQ).

With a market capitalization of approximately $5 billion, Logitech International
SA specializes in personal peripherals, driving innovation in PC navigation,
Internet communications, digital music, home-entertainment control, gaming and
wireless devices. The company's products include a full range of devices for PCs
and gaming consoles; speakers and headsets for iPod/MP3 players; universal
remote controls for home entertainment and wireless music systems for the home.

The NASDAQ-100 Index, launched in January 1985, is one of the most widely
followed benchmarks in the world. The NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking Stock represents

the Trust within three business days of the effective date of a change to the
composition of the NASDAQ-100 Index.
