Extraordinary General Meeting resolutions

An Extraordinary General Meeting of Ocean Rig ASA was held on May 30,
2008. Election of the Board of Directors was the only agenda item.

Mr. George Economou was elected new Chairman of the Board.

Mr. George Demathas, Mr. George Xiradakis, Ms. Randee E. Day and  Ms.
Anette M. McEvoy were elected new Directors.

Ocean Rig  owns and  operates two  of the  world's largest  and  most
modern drilling rigs, built for ultra deep waters and extreme weather
