Oil Quest Resources plc (the 'Company'), the AIM quoted oil and gas exploration
company, today announces that on 8 June 2005 certain of its directors and
management have notified the Company of their purchase on that day of an
aggregate of 630,000 shares at a price of 14.5p per share.  Details of these
