Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD),  a biotechnology company developing precision medicine tests for immune health based on the EpiSwitch ®  3D genomics platform , today announces that copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2021 (incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting) ("Annual Report") have been posted to shareholders. An electronic copy of the Annual Report will be  available on its website at investors.oxfordbiodynamics.com.

As stated in the recent Full Year results announcement, the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 3140 Rowan Place, John Smith Drive, Oxford Business Park South, Oxford, OX4 2WB, on 30 March 2022 at 12.00pm.
