The Directors of the Company wish to announce, in accordance with UKLA Listing
Rule 21.20l(i) that as at 31st March 2006, we do not hold investments in other
UK listed investment companies (including investment trusts) which themselves do
not have a stated investment policy to invest no more than 15% of their gross
assets in other UK listed investment companies (including investment trusts).



In accordance with UKLA Listing Rule 21.201(ii), the following list represents
the Company's top 10 investments as at 31st March 2006.  One investment,
Hopewell Holdings represent 5.4% of gross assets at that date.
