Director Appointment



Quayle Munro Holdings PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Stephen Leland Lyons (aged 51) as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.


Mr Lyons was formerly Managing Director of Lehman Brothers (Europe) investment bank, where he was a member of the European Operating Committee, Global Co-Head of Recruitment and Programmes and, prior to that, Co-Head of the European Financial Institutions Group. Before joining Lehman Brothers, Mr Lyons worked at both JP Morgan and Salomon Brothers.


Mr Lyons is currently a Non-executive Director of Friends Provident Holdings (UK) Limited and Catlin Group Limited and is Chairman and Non-executive Director of Miller Insurance Services Ltd.


As at the date of this announcement Mr Lyons has no beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company.
