 Redline announces the public debut of its RedMAX 4C platform for Mobile WiMAX
                             at WiMAX World Europe

TORONTO, ON - May 24, 2007 - Redline Communications Inc. ('Redline' or 'the
Company'), (AIM:REDL) a leading provider of standards-based WiMAX and broadband
wireless infrastructure products, today announces the public debut of its RedMAX
4C Mobile WiMAX platform and the next addition to RedMAX, one of the world's
most widely deployed WiMAX Forum CertifiedTM solutions. The Company will feature
live 'over-the-air' demonstrations of its RedMAX 4C products at WiMAX World
Europe in Vienna, Austria, from May 29 to 31, 2007.

The RedMAX 4C, which is based on the WiMAX industry's 802.16e-2005 standards for
mobile WiMAX, supports a wide range of fixed, portable and mobile wireless
services including support Voice and Video over IP, broadband Internet access
used to support highly valued education, medical, transportation and municipal
applications, VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) and other advanced communications
services. The RedMAX 4C Mobile WiMAX platform is designed to enable operators to
maximize the reach and customer density required for a profitable carrier
business model. Redline's new WiMAX offering is also designed to facilitate the
integration of its existing RedMAX products with its RedMAX 4C technologies,
providing operators a path to introduce 802.16e and evolve to technologies that
incorporate 802.16m which is the WiMAX industry standard for true mobility.

Redline's RedMAX 4C products, including both the base station and customer
premise equipment, were among those tested at the recent WiMAX Forum Plugfest in
Sophia Antipolis, France. Among the key mobility features tested were handover
capabilities for mobile applications and MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output),
an intelligent antenna technology that delivers higher capacity and spectral
efficiency. At WiMAX World Europe, Redline will demonstrate broadband video
applications over its RedMAX 4C system.

RedMAX 4C Mobile WiMAX Platform
Operating in the 2.5 GHz and 3.5 GHz spectrum bands, RedMAX 4C is designed to
conform to the requirements for 802.16e Certification Wave 2, which is the WiMAX
Forum's official certification program for Mobile WiMAX. Supporting a high
concentration of subscribers, it enables operators to realize a rapid return on
their WiMAX investment, with a low total cost of ownership.

The RedMAX 4C leverages Redline's proven, field tested and optimized
fourth-generation technologies for TDD (Time Division Duplexing)-based
Scalable-OFDMA-based systems. It provides carriers with an all-IP system that
incorporates open standards to provide carriers the flexibility to deliver
fixed, portable and mobile services with WiMAX. The new product family includes
a modular, standardized (micro)TCA (micro Telecommunications Computing
Architecture) chassis base station that is small, lightweight and easy to deploy
thereby minimizing site acquisition and construction costs and speeding up site
buildout timelines. RedMAX 4C will also include a suite of indoor and outdoor
fixed and portable end-user devices including laptops, mobile handsets and PDAs.

High System Gain and Advanced Antenna Techniques
Incorporating advanced antenna techniques including MIMO, receive diversity
techniques and high power radios (up to 10W), RedMAX 4C provides one of the
highest system gains in the industry for wide area coverage and high in-building
penetration. It also supports hundreds of active subscribers positioning it
among the most cost effective WiMAX base station systems to deploy and operate
as it allows carriers to derive the highest possible revenue from fewest cell
sites. The modularity and scalability of the RedMAX 4C allows carriers to deploy
one of several possible MIMO configuration options including 2x2 or 4x4 MIMO.

High Capacity through layer 2 innovations
Predictive Scheduling, born out of over 7 years of Redline's field experience
with TDD, OFDM systems, allows the carriers to support over 250 active
subscribers on a single base station sector leading to lower infrastructure
build-out costs and faster time to profitability. The high system gain, high
capacity RedMAX 4C reduces deployment costs by providing un-paralleled WiMAX
performance to support broadband fixed and mobile wireless services.

Additional Benefits
The modularity of the base station along with the OBSAI (Open Base Station
Architecture Initiative) and software-defined radio architecture protects the
carrier investment and extends the product lifecycle by allowing system upgrades
to match the evolution of WiMAX. The RedMAX 4C base station incorporates OAM&P
(Operation, Administration, Maintenance and Provisioning) function support
including fault tolerance, performance, inventory and software management to
ensure greater reliability. It also supports SNMP (simple network management
protocol) interface, WiMAX MIBs (Management Information Base) and is easily
managed by the Redline Management Suite or third party Element Management
System.
