         Redline announces notice of EGM and shareholder proxy circular

TORONTO, Ontario - September 27, 2007 - Further to the announcement of September
26, 2007 in relation to the Company's proposed reorganization, Redline (AIM:
REDL) announces today it will hold an extraordinary general meeting ('EGM') on
Wednesday, October 17, 2007, at 10:00a.m. eastern standard time. The meeting
will take place at the Company's corporate headquarters at 302 Town Centre
Boulevard, Suite 100, Markham, Ontario L3R 0E8, Canada.
