Grant of Options
Revolution Bars Group plc announces that on 23 November 2021, its Remuneration Committee agreed to grant options under the Revolution Bars Group plc Performance Share Plan (the "Plan") with an exercise price of £0.001 per share over
3,219,066
ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "PSP Options") to directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") as set out in the table below.
The PSP Options shall vest and become exercisable on the date that is the later of the date which is three years from the date of grant being 23 November 2024 and the preliminary announcement of the results for the 52 weeks ended 30 June 2024, subject to continued service and the Group's Remuneration Committee being satisfied that the Group's underlying performance and delivery against its strategy and plans is sufficient to justify the level of vesting having regard to such factors as the Remuneration Committee considers to be appropriate in the round (including, inter alia, revenue, earnings and share price performance) and the shareholder experience more generally (including windfall gains). The PSP Options granted to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer are subject to a two-year post vesting holding period (net of sales for tax).

The PSP Options have been determined in accordance with the rules of the Plan, as approved by shareholders at the Group's Annual General Meeting held on 22 December 2020.
The total number of shares under option following this grant represents 3.14 % of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
