                                Issue of Equity                                

The Board of Technis International Plc (the "Company"), a technology
development company confirms that options over 2,094,583 ordinary shares of 
£0.01 each were exercised by Bridge Hall Stockbrokers Limited at the par value
raising £20,945.83 (the "Options").

The number of ordinary shares in issue is now 55,552,384 ordinary shares.

As a result of this exercise, there have been the following disclosable changes
in substantial shareholders:
