                         ("Technis" or the "Company")

                       PURCHASE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Directors of the Company (the "Directors") announce that the Company
purchased intellectual property for the creation of applications for the iPhone
and iPad from Mobil Soft SRL on 14 May 2010.

The intellectual property that has been purchased is called "iMkr". iMkr is a
proprietary software platform that enables web users to construct custom made
iPhone and iPad applications via a "drag and drop" interface. iMkr's unique
feature is that no programming knowledge is required to produce an application.
Users are guided through a graphically rich online wizard, where the user
simply adds functionality as required. This may include email forms,
connections to a Facebook or Twitter account, the ability to integrate YouTube
videos and much more. Construction of the application is achieved through drag
and drop techniques where the user simply chooses an appropriate template and
is then forwarded to subsequent stages of the wizard, which allows them to
customise their application to their requirements. Once the user has completed
their application it is built and published on their behalf.

iMkr is a new product, and as such, no turnover and profits are currently
attributable to it.

The consideration for the purchase is £275,000, which was satisfied through the
issue of 8,461,539 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of Technis
(the "Consideration Shares") to Mobil Soft SRL on 14 May 2010, at an issue
price of 3.25p per share.

Additionally, the Directors further announce that the Company issued 1,500,000
new ordinary shares (the "Introducer and Marketing Shares") on 14 May 2010, at
an issue price of 3.25p to various parties, as payment of introductory
commissions relating to the intellectual property purchase and as payment for
initial marketing support for the product.
