positive anomalies indicative of magnetite's with significant potential reserves.

CFT Engineering are currently completing the survey of the remainder of our Operations Licence area to
confirm the presence of Iron Ore and give indicative volumes thereof - whilst the survey is not yet
complete, initial indications are encouraging, but not yet confirmed.

In addition, CFT Engineering are also carrying out a Geophysical Ground Magnetic Survey and Induced

are also encouraging, but not yet confirmed.

The directors advise that these surveys will be complete within the coming weeks and on completion the survey
