The Company announced on 9 February 2010 that the Board had resolved to change its name to Trans Balkan Investments Limited.
The filing requirements in relation to the name change have now been completed and dealings under the Company's new name will take effect from 8.00 a.m. on 8 March 2010. The Company's TIDM will also change to "TBI" and the new ISIN will be VGG900341022.
