Venteco, the UK-based non-toxic pest control provider, announces that Barry Gibb, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has stepped down from his position with immediate effect.
Mr Gibb, aged 48, has been Non-Executive Director since May 2007.
The Company thanks Mr Gibb for the contributions he made during his time with the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
