                          ('Venteco' or the 'Company')

Venteco secures major contract with Linde Gas AG subsidiary for 150 Cryonite
                                     units

Venteco plc ('Venteco' or 'the Company'), the UK-based non-toxic pest control
provider, is pleased to announce it has secured an order for 150 Cryonite units
from Aga Gas AB, a subsidiary of Linde Gas AG.

Linde, which acts as the distribution partner for CTS Technologies, a subsidiary
of Venteco, has experienced strong demand for Cryonite, which kills pests using
a patented carbon dioxide snow and custom-designed nozzle, selling out all of
its existing inventory.

The units, which are second generation models with increased functionality, will
be delivered this month and will be used mainly in the food manufacturing and
processing sectors and the hotel industry. It is expected that they will be
distributed in the markets Cryonite has been formally launched in: the UK, US,
Italy and the Nordic countries.

The unit number of the order, at 150, compares to Venteco's total unit sales of
152 in 2006.

Commenting on the deal, Stefan Hansson, chief executive of Venteco, said: 'This
order illustrates that the real economic and environmental benefits that
Cryonite offers to businesses are really beginning to gain traction and
continuing to see very strong interest from the food processing and hospitality
industries.'

Venteco is a holding company, listed on Aim, which specialises in non-toxic pest
control solutions. Venteco was admitted to the Aim list on 24th of March,
following a new issue of some GBP 3.1m. At the beginning of August CTS
Technologies was acquired. CTS is a specialist in non-poisonous pest control
which uses the patented Cryonite technology to kill all life stages of insects
in a poison-free and environmentally friendly manner. The technology involves
the use of carbon dioxide gas which is sprayed as a snow produced by a special
nozzle thereby achieving rapid cooling. The premises do not need to be evacuated
and production of foodstuffs can continue during sanitations, thereby making the
method cost-effective as well as environmentally-friendly.
