Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative floorcoverings, announces that Michael Scott, Group Finance Director, sold 176,726 ordinary shares at £6.05 on 3 December 2020 in order to meet tax liabilities linked to his participation in a previous fully-vested Long Term Incentive Plan. Following this sale, Mr Scott's
interest in the Company is 240,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.
