Trading Statement

                                                                    5 June 2007

                                   Vimio plc

                          ("Vimio" or the "Company")

                               Trading Statement

The Directors announce that they expect the loss after taxation for the year
ended 31 December 2006 to be significantly in excess of market expectations.

This has arisen primarily as a result of €1,130,000 of revenue relating to a
specific contract entered into during the 2006 financial year being deferred to
the current year owing to certain performance criteria not being satisfied at
the year end. The performance criteria has now been satisfied and a significant
percentage of the monies due have now been received.

In addition, the Company has been required to increase its bad debt provision
to €220,000 to reflect that a number of debtors at the year end are now more
than 9 months old and are still outstanding. The Directors are in negotiations
with respect to these debts and are confident that the amounts due are
recoverable.

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 23 May 2007 of the launch of
a live TV service in Kuwait by Wataniya Telecom and the Noutique Telecom
Company (Vimio's Kuwaiti partner), the Company is encouraged by the rate of
take-up of the service by Wataniya's subscriber base.

The Company's auditors are currently in the process of finalising the audit and
the Company anticipates that the preliminary results for the year ended 31
December 2006 will be released on or before 15 June 2007.
