MARKETS

Ottawa, ON: VMS Rehab Systems, Inc (www.vmsrehabsystems.ca.) reports that the
Company's Class `B' common voting shares have been listed today for trading on
the GXG Markets, London. The VMS Class `B' shares trade under the ticker symbol
`VMS1'.

VMS Rehab Systems is an emerging growth `quality of life' health business that
currently distributes a line of branded high performance orthopaedic seat
cushions as a core vendor to Shoppers Drug Mart, Canada's largest publicly
traded Drug and Home Healthcare business. Over the short to medium term, the
Company looks to grow and expand its range of business activities in both
domestic and international markets to capitalize on burgeoning sales for home
health commodity products, generic drugs and health related interactive
internet based services.
