on growing both the top and bottom line numbers, I am sure that my industry
knowledge will make a positive contribution to Vycon's success.'

A graduate of both San Diego State University and West Coast University, Los
Angeles, Frank, aged 46, began his career at Topaz Electronics Inc, a
manufacturer of UPS systems. In 1990, he joined Deltec Electronics Inc,, a
leading manufacturer of Uninterruptible Power Systems as Vice President of
International Sales. In 1999, Frank joined Active Power, a leading manufacturer
of Flywheel Energy Storage Systems. During his years as General Manager of Asia
Pacific and Latin America, Frank expanded the company's OEM channels in the
region working with Caterpillar, Fuji Electric, and Powerware establishing the
Active Power flywheel technology as the premier battery-free alternative for
energy storage. In 2003, he was appointed Vice President of Sales for Cherokee
International, a leading manufacturer of AC-DC custom power supplies in the
Datacom, Telecom, Industrial and Medical markets with responsibility for sales
in the North American.
