AGM Statement
At the Annual General Meeting of Warthog plc ('Warthog') held today, all of the
resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting sent to Shareholders were duly
passed.
It was also announced today that one of the original founders of Warthog, Eric
Elms, is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect, and will remain as
a Director of Warthog Games Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Warthog.
Chairman Iain Macdonald commented:
'The Board is most appreciative of Eric's excellent contribution to the creation
and development of Warthog. His experience of both the computer and the games
industries have been of key importance in building the business and we look
forward to his continued efforts on behalf of Warthog Games Ltd.'
