                                PRESS RELEASE

                                 Warthog plc

                          ('Warthog' or 'the Group')

WARTHOG SIGNS ANIMANIACS DEAL WITH SWING! ENTERTAINMENT

Warthog plc, the AIM listed interactive entertainment software group, has
signed its first Nintendo Game Cube contract with SWING! Entertainment Media
AG , the computer games publisher. The deal requires Warthog to produce four
games based on the popular Warner Bros. cartoon series, Animaniacs.

Animaniacs is the award winning children's cartoon series created by Amblin
Entertainment and Steven Spielberg in collaboration with Warner Bros.

The games are being developed across the major gaming platforms including PS2
and GameBoy Advance, and will include Warthog's first game for the Nintendo
Game Cube.

This deal follows Warthog's creation of the successful Tiny Toon Adventures
games commissioned by SWING! last year. 'The Great Oscar Hunt' is the working
title of the PS2 and Game Cube versions, which make up the main part of the
deal. The game features Yakko, Wakko and Dot as well as a whole host of
familiar and new Animaniacs characters.

The GameBoy Advance title features Pinky and the Brain making an appearance in
'The Master Plan', a 2D arcade game featuring classic platform gameplay,
weapons, vehicles, an addictive multi-player mode and a new nemesis for the
Brain.

Ashley Hall, CEO of Warthog plc, said:

'We are delighted at the opportunity to work with SWING! again on our first
Game Cube project. We aim to produce some world-class games for the younger
end of the market, and this deal marks a significant milestone in enabling us
to do this.'

Phil Gaskell, VP of Design for Warthog, said:

' We look forward to maintaining our excellent relationship with Warner Bros.
and SWING! The Animaniacs characters enable us to produce world-class games
with compelling game-play'

Thomas Brockhage, Executive Vice President Development added:

'The team at Warthog are the ideal developers for Animaniacs as they have the
scope to deliver multiple games on multiple platforms and have proven their
ability to enhance the established brand integrity of characters such as
Animaniacs and Tiny Toon Adventures.'
