                                 WARTHOG PLC

                          ('Warthog' or 'the Group')

published by THQ Wireless, a division of THQ Inc. (NASDAQ NMS: THQI) beginning
early 2002.

Street Fighter is renowned for setting an early benchmark for the fighting
game genre. The game has sold over 24 million units for home platforms and

franchise has extended beyond the reach of conventional games to become a
cultural phenomenon spawning movies, comics and toys, and the move to wireless
platforms will continue this legacy.

The games will feature all the regular Street Fighter characters with
recognisable graphics in the WAP version. Players will be able to play against
other wireless combatants or against the phone.

Commenting, Tim Coupe, Warthog's VP of Mobile & Hand Held Devices said:

'Street Fighter is more than a game. The franchise has a history of pushing
technology to improve gameplay and this will carry on with its transfer to
mobile phones.'

Adam Comiskey, European Director, THQ Wireless, added:

'Warthog has some of the most experienced wireless platform personnel and
wireless development capabilities. This, combined with their proven ability to
transfer intellectual properties across a range of platforms made them a
natural choice for the high-profile Street Fighter franchise.'
