Webb Capital announces a share swap under which it will allot to Hill Street
Investments plc ("Hill Street") 1,000,000 New Ordinary Shares in the Company,
credited in consideration of the transfer to the Company of 3,750,000 ordinary
shares in Alpha Prospects plc. The Alpha shares have been valued at 4p each,
and the effective placing price of the Webb Capital shares is 15p.

Alpha Prospects plc is a PLUS Markets listed investment holding company,
specialising in the small and microcap sector. Hill Street Investments plc is a
private investment company holding a number of investments in both public and
private companies.

The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
and application has been made for these New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on PLUS Markets. Admission is expected to take place on 4 April 2012.
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of ordinary
shares in issue will be 10,486,886. Shareholders holding more than 3% of the
enlarged equity of the Company are listed below:

Commenting on the transaction, Christopher Marsh, Chairman of Webb Capital,
