                                NOTICE OF RESULTS

The Board of World Gaming announces that it will be releasing its Final Results 
for the year ended 31 December 2005, on Wednesday 29 March 2006.

The Company will be holding an analyst briefing at 10:00am on the day of results
at the offices of Daniel Stewart, Becket House, 36 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DD.
