Result of Annual General Meeting
Alpha Financial Markets Consulting plc confirms that all the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on Wednesday 6 September 2023 were duly passed. All resolutions were decided on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 11 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 12 to 14 were passed as special resolutions. The voting results are given below.
