Conduit Holdings today announces that Trevor Carvey, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in CHL ("PDMR"), on 20 February and 21 February 2025 acquired a total of 30,000 common shares. Trevor's total current shareholding ownership interest (which includes shares held by PCA Catherine Carvey) now stands at 635,557 common shares.
