Exercise of Warrants & Issue of Equity

 

Empire Metals Limited (LON: EEE), the AIM-quoted resource exploration and development company, announces that it has received notification from a warrant holder to exercise warrants over 1,876,553 new ordinary shares of no par value in the share capital of the Company (the 'New Ordinary Shares') at a price of 1.3 pence per share. Accordingly, the Company has today issued the New Ordinary Shares to the warrant holders for an aggregate cash value of £24,395.

 

Application for Admission

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission').  It is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 5 December 2023. 

Following Admission of the new shares as described above, the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 569,240,921 ordinary shares of no-par value. 569,240,921 represents the total number of voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
