Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting and 2023 Annual Report and Accounts

Ferrexpo plc (LSE: FXPO), a premium iron ore pellet producer and supplier to the global steel industry, announces that it has today published the following documents:

·        The Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 23 May 2024;

·        Form of Proxy; and

·        The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "2023 Annual Report").

The Notice of 2024 AGM and 2023 Annual Report are available to view on the Group's website at www.ferrexpo.com.
