Notice of Annual General Meeting

GS Chain (LSE: GSC) announces it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 10:00am (London Time) on 7 December 2023 at 72 Charlotte Street, London W1T 4QQ. The meeting will be available for shareholders to attend in person and to watch online.

Further details on the arrangement for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. The Notice of AGM, together with a Form of Proxy, has been posted to shareholders today. The Notice of AGM will also be available on the Company's website.
