Notice of General Meeting to approve the annual report and related matters

HeiQ Plc (LSE: HEIQ), a leading company in materials innovation and hygiene technologies, announces that it will hold a General Meeting to approve the annual report and related matters at 12pm on Friday 1 December 2023 at the offices of Cavendish at One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL.

The General Meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting, which means shareholders can attend online or in person. Details regarding how to attend virtually are set out below.
