Report on Payments to Governments

for the year ended 31 December 2023

Hunting PLC (LSE : HTG), the precision engineering group, today provides information in accordance with DTR 4.3A in respect of payments made by the Company to governments for the year ended 31 December 2023 and in compliance with The Reports on Payments to Governments Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/3209) as amended by the Reports on Payments to Governments Regulations 2015 (2015/1928).

During 2023, total Payments to Governments were $875,964 in respect of 11 operating oil and gas fields held by the Group. As recently announced, Hunting completed the sale of all but one of its exploration and production assets.

Following the disposal of the Company's exploration and production assets, which were held by Hunting's wholly owned subsidiary, Tenkay Resources, Inc. in 2023, the Group no longer makes any material payments to Governments and Payments to Governments are now below the threshold required by the legislation.

Following these disposals Hunting will not be reporting on Payments to Governments unless we reach the required threshold at some point in the future.
