NOTICE OF RESULTS

International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP', the 'Company'), the FTSE 250-listed investment company which invests in public or social infrastructure assets and related businesses internationally, will announce its results for the 12-month period ended 31 December 2023 on Thursday 28 March 2024.
There will be a live online presentation of the results at 9.30 am on Thursday 28 March 2024.

The Company will also be hosting a presentation for retail investors via the Investor Meet Company platform at 4.00 pm on Thursday 28 March 2024.
