Director / PDMR shareholdings
The Company has been notified of the following transactions in its ordinary Shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and their Persons Closely Associated ("PCA"):
· On 26 January 2024, Malachy Smith, Divisional Director, exercised share options granted in 2020 under the Company's Performance Share Plan. Mr Smith sold the ordinary shares on exercise at a price of £10.58.
· On 26 January that Nicola Smith, a PCA with Malachy Smith, sold 48,465 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £10.50.
Following this notification, Mr Smith and his Person Closely Associated (PCA) have a reportable shareholding of 211,700 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.169% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Please note, the reportable shareholding of Mr Smith and his PCA was incorrectly declared in RNS No. 9003N, dated 27 September 2023. The correct reportable shareholding at that time was 260,165 ordinary shares, which is 0.207% of the total voting rights. This is corrected from 260,939 and 0.208% respectively in the original RNS.
