Publication of a Circular
As announced by the Board of REW REIT on 4 September 2023, IPSX UK Limited ("IPSX"), the operator of the International Property Securities Exchange (the "Exchange"), wrote to the Exchange's issuers and Lead Advisers to notify them that IPSX had initiated a winding-down process which will result in the closure of the wholesale market of the Exchange ("IPSX Wholesale") in December 2023.
Further to the Company's announcement on 27 October 2023, the Company has today published a circular to its shareholders (the "Circular") explaining the Board's decision to proceed with the cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on IPSX Wholesale (the "Cancellation"), the exit of the Company from the REIT regime and the re-structuring of the Company's group into a private fund.
The Cancellation will take effect at 7.00 a.m. on 30 November 2023. Therefore, the last day of dealings in Ordinary Shares on IPSX Wholesale will be 29 November 2023.
A copy of the Circular will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. The Circular will also be available on the Company's website (www.rewreit.co.uk/documents/). Shareholders are encouraged to read the Circular in full.
