The Company today announces that it was notified that on 28 September that James Corsellis and Antoinette Vanderpuije, both partners of Marwyn Investment Management LLP, the manager of the Company, and Peter Rioda, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased Ordinary Shares in the Company as follows:

Whilst neither James Corsellis nor Antoinette Vanderpuije are Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") within the meaning of UK MAR, as amended in relation to the Company, they have voluntarily disclosed the information above to the Company, and the Company is voluntarily disclosing the information above to the market, as if they were PDMRs in relation to the Company.
