CFO Retirement
The Company's CFO, Steve Winters, has informed the Board of his intention to retire on 31 December 2024. The Board has initiated a search for a successor and will provide an update when this process has concluded. Steve will continue to perform his duties over the coming months and fully support the Board and executive team in executing the Company's strategy during this period of transition. The Board would like to express its thanks to Steve for his valuable contribution to the business over the last two years.
Bjorn Conway, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
