NOTICE OF 2024 FULL-YEAR RESULTS, ANALYST PRESENTATION AND RETAIL INVESTOR WEBCAST

Tritax Big Box REIT plc (the Company) will publish its 2024 full-year results for the period ended 31 December 2024 at 7.00am (UK time) on Friday 28 February 2025. The results will provide an update on the Company's financial and operational performance, alongside key market insights and further detail on the Company's strategic progress.
