Subsidiary Management Changes

 

Unigel Group plc (AQSE: UNX), the manufacturer and supplier of materials used in the manufacture of telecommunication fibre optic cables announces the following board and senior management changes at the Company's subsidiaries.

 

Unigel (UK) Limited ("Unigel"):

 

As part of the Group's succession plan, Eric Chhoa has stepped down as CEO of Unigel and is succeeded by his deputy, Danny Sohal who has assumed the role of CEO with effect from 16 October 2024.  Eric Chhoa has been appointed Chairman of Unigel succeeding Sven Janne Sjoden who will remain as a director of Unigel.

 

 

Unitape Limited ("Unitape")

 

Sven Janne Sjoden, Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as Chairman of Unitape succeeding Eric Chhoa who will remain a director of Unitape.

 

 

 

There are no changes to the board of the Company.
