Director/ PDMR dealings

Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, announces that on 3 May 2024, Samuel Bazini, Chief Executive Officer, sold 3,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and Eoin Macleod, Managing Director, sold 3,500,000 Ordinary Shares (together the "Sale"). Following the Sale, Mr Bazini is interested in c.15.95¹ million Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 20.64 per cent. of the current issued ordinary share capital and Mr Macleod is interested in c.15.95² million Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 20.64 per cent. of the current issued ordinary share capital.

The following notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further details on the Sale.
