Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Zambeef (AIM: ZAM), the fully integrated cold chain food products and retail business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, announces that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024 and Notice of AGM, are now available on the Company's website, have been sent electronically to those shareholders registered to receive in such format, and will be sent in hard copy on Monday 16 December 2024 to those shareholders registered to receive in such format.

The AGM will be held virtually on Monday 30 December 2024 at 10:00am CAT. The Notice of AGM includes instructions for virtual attendance at the meeting.
