London Investor Event - Date Change and Location Confirmation

Zanaga Iron Ore Company Limited ("ZIOC" or the "Company") (AIM: ZIOC) announces that, further to the announcement dated 2 January 2025, the Company's planned briefing to its shareholders (the "Investor Event"), previously scheduled for Tuesday 11 February 2025, will instead be hosted on Tuesday 18 March 2025 at 5.00 p.m. (GMT) in the auditorium at Shard Capital's offices at 25 Eccleston Place, Victoria, London, SW1W 9NF.

The revised date of the Investor Event will enable the Company to further progress certain ongoing workstreams relating to the strategic partner process and to therefore provide a more fulsome update to shareholders with respect to the wider strategy for the future development of the Zanga Iron Ore Project.
